Parked off of Wasatch and 3900 South and ran up to Milcreek Inn 3.5 miles and back down. Didn't try to kill it but suffered a bit, averaged 7:30 pace going up and 5:40 coming back down.  The purpose of this run was just to do some extended uphill running. Cooled down for 3 miles.

Feeling pleasantly tired.  Had a good mileage week for me.

Good pace going up Millcreek - that's a steep run! You definitely got a little quad-mashing going back down too, which is good to harder them up a bit.

When you can attack the hills the rest of a run is a piece of cake!

ACorn,

Nice hill work! And yes, very good miles this week...you really did step up the mileage! Do you have any "important" races that you are training for?...in other words...a race you want to do very well in and possibly set a PR? For me, the major race is the 5/6/12 Marathon. The races leading up to that are secondary.

Want to hear something funny? Every time I use an exclamation point now, I think of Osa Bear!

Nice week! Anything over 60 is solid for guys like us!
